Privacy settings from third‑party apps do not apply to our own processing. • Employees and collaborators: during the relationship and up to 10 years from the last confirmation of interest. Résumés: up to 2 years from the start of the selection process.
• People receiving alerts/promotions (not registered): 10 years from the last confirmation of interest.

INTERSYKA is the data controller and will only use your data for the purposes described. To provide the best service, partner entities may access your data on our behalf as processors, and where necessary and lawful, as controllers for the purposes described. We will also disclose your data to public administrations, authorities and courts if required by law.

We may use service providers located in the United States. Where applicable, such transfers will rely on your explicit consent. We will take technical and organizational measures to protect your privacy (availability, integrity and confidentiality).
