We describe how we process information collected through INTERSYKA. This Policy complies with applicable European and Spanish data protection and e-commerce regulations effective on the date shown. Privacy settings from third‑party apps do not apply to our own processing. Our platform may contain links to third‑party sites not owned or controlled by INTERSYKA; we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies carefully.

What do we use your data for?

How long do we keep your data?

You may request erasure of your data at any time. If we need your data again, we will request it anew.

We keep personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter to comply with legal obligations.

  • Client data: 10 years from the last confirmation of interest.
  • Employees and collaborators: during the relationship and up to 10 years from the last confirmation of interest. Résumés: up to 2 years from the start of the selection process.
  • People receiving alerts/promotions (not registered): 10 years from the last confirmation of interest.

Data sharing

INTERSYKA is the data controller and will only use your data for the purposes described. To provide the best service, partner entities may access your data on our behalf as processors, and where necessary and lawful, as controllers for the purposes described. We will also disclose your data to public administrations, authorities and courts if required by law.

International transfers

We may use service providers located in the United States. Where applicable, such transfers will rely on your explicit consent. We will take technical and organizational measures to protect your privacy (availability, integrity and confidentiality). For transfers within the EU, we will apply the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We will obtain your prior consent where required by law.
